Bulimba Cricket Club
The Bulimba Cricket Club was established in 2010 with the aim of offering junior cricket to both boys and girls located in the suburbs of Inner East Brisbane.
The club offers a range of programs for all children who want to get involved, have some fun and learn some new skills - starting at the introductory Woolworths Cricket Blast (from age 5) right through to under 17's in the BEARS divisional competition. Also on offer is the Girls Only Heat League and girls only training. Representative pathways are promoted from under 12’s for boys and under 13’s for girls.
Bulimba Cricket Club is a community minded club that is solely run by volunteers and has strong ties to its local sponsors and businesses. The club prides itself on Fun over Results, which helps to form the core of the club’s values.
Friday nights are a highlight at the club. It’s when the youngest members of the club get to have some fun and showcase their skills playing in the Woolworths Blast programs and girls can develop lifelong skills and friendships at the girls only training, all while families can relax and enjoy a sausage sizzle on the deck, a drink from the bar and a catch-up with friends and other cricketing families.
