Sub-Districts

Bulimba Cricket Club formed a Senior club in the 2023/24 season after absorbing the former Wellers Hill Cricket Club which was based in Bulimba.

Wellers Hill Cricket Club was formed in 1952 and entered in the Second Division Cricket Association which later changed to the QSDCA. It had several different home grounds before moving to Bulimba Memorial Park in the 1990s.

After several years of declining player numbers and the semi merger with Bulimba already ongoing with many Bulimba Juniors making their senior cricket debut with WHCC it was decided in the winter of 2023 to become (senior) Bulimba outright.

Our first senior season saw us field two teams in the QSDCA Saturday competition with our C1 team making the semi finals.

The Senior program holds great promise as we look to grow bigger and better and provide Adults in our community to continue with their love of cricket.
